Excluding Contacts when Starting Flows
Sometimes when starting a bunch of contacts in a flow you might want to leave some of them out. For example, you might want to:
Skip contacts who have been inactive in the past 90 days
Skip contacts who are actively working through another flow so they aren't interrupted
Skip contacts who have already participated in this flow in the past 90 days
When you click on Start Flow, the dialog gives you the option to exclude contacts as needed. Each of the above scenarios are represented by checkboxes in this dialog.
