Sending Manual Messages to Contacts or Groups
There are two options for sending manual messages, which are outside of flows, to your contacts.
To send a message directly to a single contact, first navigate to the contact's individual page. Find them in the Contacts tab. On the contact's page you will land on the Chat window;
Write your message and click send.
To send to a single contact, multiple contacts, a group, or several groups, navigate to the "Messages" tab. Then, click the menu icon ☰ on the right hand side to find the Send Message button.
Simply click on the "Recipients" field and a dropdown menu will appear showing your contacts and groups, or begin typing the contact or group (1).
Draft your message (2).
Click send and that's it!
