Starting a Flow in the Future or on a Schedule
Use this trigger to schedule a flow sometime in the future, or repeat it on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
To trigger a flow in the future or on a schedule:
Navigate to the Triggers tab and click "New Trigger".
Click the "Start a flow in the future or on a schedule" option.
Choose the date and time the contacts will receive the flow. Note the time zone listed is set up in your workspace settings.
Optional: You can also choose to repeat the flow on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
You can also select contacts or groups to include or exclude.
Click "New Trigger".
In the example below, we can see that on the 21st of each month, contacts who are members of the 'Supervisors' group (but not members of the 'Dormant group!) will be started at 15:45 in the 'Crop Survey' flow.
Once created, the trigger is listed in our active triggers:
