Customers who have subscribed to our monthly billing plan or those still using the TopUp plan with over 1,000,000 credits unlock multi-tier privileges, which allows you to add multiple child workspaces. This feature is intended for workspaces with multiple use cases across multiple countries, for example, where it's useful to be able to create workspaces for specific programs and manage them from a central account.
Adding Child Workspaces
To add a child workspace, first navigate to your workspace settings page by clicking your workspace name in the top right corner.
Scroll to the 'Your workspace is...' section and click the 'Manage Workspaces' button.
Select 'New Workspace' in the top right corner of the page and give it a name. If you've chosen to continue using remaining credits with the TopUp plan you can distribute credits to your child workspace. If you are on the subscription billing plan, you will need to subscribe the child workspace as well as they are billed separately.
If you're still using the TopUp plan, you can transfer credits to a child workspace. Select the 'Transfer Credits' option from the ☰ menu icon in the top right corner of the page.
On the resulting modal, select the origin and destination workspace, then enter the amount of credits you'd like to transfer.
Switching Between Workspaces
To switch between workspaces, simply click the workspace icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the workspace you'd like to view.
