Customers who purchase 1,000,000 or more credits unlock multi-tier privileges, which allows you to add multiple child workspaces and distribute credits to them through the originating, or parent, account. This feature is intended for workspaces with multiple use cases across multiple countries, where it's useful to be able to create workspaces for specific programs and manage them from a central account.
Adding Child Workspaces
To add a child workspace, first navigate to your workspace settings page.
Scroll to the 'Your workspace is...' section and click the 'Manage Workspaces' button.
Select 'New Workspace' in the top right corner of the page.
Select the 'Transfer Credits' option from the gear icon menu in the top right corner of the page.
On the resulting modal, select the origin and destination workspace, then enter the amount of credits you'd like to transfer.
Switching Between Workspaces
To switch between workspaces, simply click the workspace icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the workspace you'd like to view.
Can I add a child workspace within a child workspace?
Yes, as long as workspace has over a million credits then it will be able to create sub-workspaces.
