Creating a Contact Group
To create a group: Navigate to the "contacts" tab and click the "Create Group" box in the bottom left corner of the page. Give your group a name and click the "Create" box. Your new group will appear in the group directory on the left side of the page.
Introduction to Contact Groups
Contact groups allow you to segment your contacts into clusters based on their attributes or responses. Contacts can be placed in multiple groups, and you can create as many as you need.
